Terms of use

These terms govern the TikFoy app and tikfoy.app, operated by Falcodes. The legally responsible operator and contact address are in our Impressum.

1. Age and accounts

You must be at least 13 to use TikFoy. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding contract in your country, you need your parent or guardian's permission. Paid purchases by minors require any authorization required by local law and the relevant app store. Where processing requires a child's consent, permission must come from a parent or guardian until the applicable age of digital consent, which is 16 in Germany.

Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. You remain responsible for activity you authorize. Do not share accounts or use multiple accounts or devices to evade service limits.

TikFoy is intended to be available internationally, subject to applicable law, store availability, and service restrictions. We do not offer a service where providing or using it would be unlawful.

2. Services and orders

TikFoy lets you inspect a public TikTok target, choose an available service, submit an order, and follow its status. The app displays the service amount, eligibility, cooldown, advertising requirements, and any Pro requirement before you submit an order. These conditions can differ by service and can change for future orders.

Check the target carefully before submitting. Only submit targets that you own or are authorized to use. An order may be passed to an external fulfilment provider and may be impossible to stop or change after dispatch. Contact support about incorrect, delayed, or failed orders.

Displayed quantities and status reports describe the requested service and provider reports. Unless a specific binding offer says otherwise, we do not promise a particular delivery time, permanent engagement, genuine followers, reach, earnings, or a particular TikTok ranking. Engagement may decrease or be removed by TikTok. This does not limit rights arising from a paid service that does not conform to its agreed description.

TikFoy is independent of TikTok and ByteDance and is not endorsed by them. TikTok's rules may restrict artificial engagement and may result in removal of engagement or restrictions on your TikTok account. You must consider those rules before ordering. Never send us your TikTok password or authentication codes.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use TikFoy to:

  • Break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or target someone without authorization.
  • Harass, impersonate, defraud, or distribute illegal or harmful content.
  • Create, request, share, link to, or promote non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated or manipulated sexual images or videos of a person without their consent.
  • Create, request, share, link to, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation, including through service orders or target links.
  • Automate abusive requests, bypass cooldowns or ad verification, falsify purchase or device proofs, or exploit the service.
  • Access another person's account, interfere with our infrastructure, or attempt to obtain private data.

We may reject orders or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect others, comply with law, or address a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to contact support. Urgent security or legal action may require an immediate restriction. Mandatory refund and consumer rights remain available.

4. Pro subscriptions

Pro provides the benefits described in the app at purchase, such as access to Pro-only services, different amounts or cooldowns, and removal of ads and rewarded-ad steps. Pro does not make orders unlimited or remove service availability and security restrictions.

The price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, refund, and withdrawal information is set out in the purchase screen and our subscription and refund terms. The app store processes payment. A subscription may only be purchased when that store and TikFoy make it available.

5. Your rights and our responsibility

Our privacy policy explains personal-data processing. You can request account deletion using the steps on our account deletion page. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription.

Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective digital products, refunds, and withdrawal, are unaffected by these terms. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraud, a guarantee we expressly give, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

For ordinary negligence, where legally permitted, our liability for breach of an essential contractual obligation is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. An essential obligation is one needed to perform the contract and on which you normally rely. Other liability for ordinary negligence is excluded only to the extent permitted by law.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also retain the mandatory protections of the country where you habitually live. These terms do not impose an exclusive court on consumers or remove any court available under mandatory law.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future use when the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes to an existing paid contract require the notice, consent, or cancellation rights required by law; publishing a new page alone does not remove those rights.
