Child safety standards (CSAE)
Last updated: 20 October 2026
TikFoy prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to the TikFoy app, tikfoy.app, service orders, submitted target links, account information, support messages, and attachments. They apply to everyone using the service. For these standards, a child is anyone under 18.
TikFoy is operated by Haian Ibrahim, trading as Falcodes. Our Impressum identifies the responsible operator.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use TikFoy to create, request, obtain, share, link to, promote, or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, manipulated, or computer-generated depictions of sexual abuse or sexual exploitation involving children.
- Sexual grooming, solicitation, trafficking, or other sexual exploitation of a child.
- Sexual extortion, threats, or coercion involving a child.
- Sexualized content involving children or activity encouraging or normalizing their sexual abuse.
- Orders or other services intended to increase the visibility of content, profiles, or links connected to CSAE.
These prohibitions also apply to attempts to arrange prohibited activity through support messages, account details, or third-party target links. They apply regardless of the age of the account holder.
2. Report a child safety concern
In the app, open Settings → Support center → New Ticket and identify the concern as a child safety report. You can also email [email protected] with the subject Child safety report. Email reporting does not require a TikFoy account.
Report a child safety concernProvide the relevant username, URL, TikFoy order or ticket reference if available, and a brief description that helps us locate the concern. Do not attach, upload, download, copy, or redistribute suspected CSAM to make a report. References and a written description are sufficient to start a review.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. TikFoy support is not an emergency service.
3. How we respond
We prioritize child safety reports and review the information available to us. When we become aware of a violation, we take appropriate action within our control. This can include removing or disabling access to prohibited material, rejecting or stopping an order where possible, restricting or terminating an account, and taking steps to prevent further misuse.
Content hosted on TikTok or another external platform must also be reported to that platform. We can restrict its use through TikFoy, but cannot directly delete content from a third-party service. A service already dispatched to a fulfilment provider may require that provider's action.
Someone who believes an account restriction was made in error can contact support with the relevant reference. Review of a restriction does not require sending prohibited material.
4. Reporting and cooperation
We comply with applicable child safety laws. We report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate regional or national authority as required by law, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where an applicable reporting obligation requires it. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities and preserve relevant records when legally required.
Access to reports is limited to people who need the information to review, respond, or meet a legal obligation. Necessary information may be shared with competent authorities or relevant service providers when lawful and needed to address the concern. Our privacy policy explains data handling and retention.
5. Child safety contact
